By accessing our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Beauty Travel Co. Corp. is a medical tourism concierge agency registered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We are not a medical provider, clinic, or hospital, and we are not licensed to practice medicine in any jurisdiction. We do not perform, supervise, direct, or guarantee any medical procedure or medical outcome whatsoever. Our role is exclusively to connect clients with independently practicing, SCCP-certified medical specialists and to coordinate all logistical and administrative aspects of your medical tourism journey.

2. Services

Beauty Travel Co. provides the following concierge services:

• Specialist connection and medical consultation coordination

• Pre-operative appointment scheduling and management

• Travel coordination guidance — including referral to our trusted travel agency partner

• International medical insurance guidance — including referral to Global Protective Solutions (GPS)

• Premium accommodation and recovery house coordination

• VIP airport transfer arrangement

• Bilingual accompaniment and translation services

• 24/7 concierge assistance throughout your stay in Colombia

• Pre-departure beauty experience coordination

All services are provided as a concierge facilitation service only. Beauty Travel Co. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Beauty Travel Co. is a concierge agency — not a medical provider. All medical procedures coordinated through Beauty Travel Co. are performed exclusively by independently practicing, SCCP-certified Colombian medical specialists. Beauty Travel Co. makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome, safety, or results of any medical procedure.

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decision.

4. Client Eligibility

Our services are available exclusively to adults aged 18 years and older. By engaging Beauty Travel Co. services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for Beauty Travel Co. concierge services are processed in United States Dollars (USD) through our authorized payment platforms — including PayPal Business and direct bank transfer.

Payments are structured as follows:

• Initial Deposit (50%) — due upon confirmation of your procedure, minimum 30 days before your travel date

• Remaining Balance (50%) — due 7 days before your departure date — no exceptions

Failure to complete payment by the specified deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the initial deposit.

6. Cancellation Policy

Beauty Travel Co. understands that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 30+ days before procedure — 80% refund of total amount paid

• Cancellation 15-30 days before procedure — 50% refund of total amount paid

• Cancellation less than 15 days before procedure — 20% refund of total amount paid

• No show — no refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to director@beautytravelco.com. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of written cancellation confirmation.

7. Postponement Policy

Requests to reschedule your procedure are subject to surgeon and facility availability:

• Postponement requested 30+ days before procedure — rescheduled at no additional charge

• Postponement requested 15-30 days before procedure — rescheduled with a small administrative fee

• Postponement requested less than 15 days before procedure — subject to availability and may incur additional fees

Your initial deposit remains valid and is applied to your rescheduled procedure date. All postponement requests must be submitted in writing to director@beautytravelco.com

8. Limitation of Liability

Beauty Travel Co. acts exclusively as a concierge facilitator connecting clients with independently practicing medical specialists. Beauty Travel Co. assumes no liability for:

• The outcome, safety, or results of any medical procedure performed by our partner specialists

• Any medical complications, adverse reactions, or post-operative issues arising from any procedure

• Any actions, omissions, or negligence on the part of any medical specialist, facility, accommodation provider, or transportation provider

• Any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your medical tourism journey

By engaging Beauty Travel Co. services, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and irrevocably accept these limitations of liability in their entirety — and agree that Beauty Travel Co. Corp. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your medical tourism journey.

9. Informed Consent

By engaging Beauty Travel Co. services and proceeding with any medical procedure coordinated through our platform, you confirm that:

• You have received and understood all relevant medical information from your designated specialist

• You have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers

• You are proceeding with full informed consent and of your own free will

• You understand and accept the inherent risks associated with any medical procedure

• You understand that Beauty Travel Co. is a concierge facilitator and assumes no medical responsibility for any aspect of your procedure or recovery.

10. Confidentiality

Beauty Travel Co. is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of all client information. Your personal and medical information will never be shared with unauthorized third parties. Upon completion of your journey, all personal and medical information related to your procedure is permanently deleted from our records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Beauty Travel Co. website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Beauty Travel Co. Corp. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without the prior written consent of Beauty Travel Co. Corp.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be subject to mediation before being referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
